Flour tortilla (medium)
1 handful
Arugula
30 g
Feta cheese (block)
60 g
Hummus
30 g
Roasted bell peppers

Cut the roasted peppers into thin strips, if necessary. - Step 2
Heat the tortilla(s) in a pan or microwave. - Step 3
Spread each tortilla with hummus and top with arugula, roasted peppers and crumbled feta. - Step 4
Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Roll and eat!
