  • Step 1
    Cut the roasted peppers into thin strips, if necessary.
  • Step 2
    Heat the tortilla(s) in a pan or microwave.
  • Step 3
    Spread each tortilla with hummus and top with arugula, roasted peppers and crumbled feta.
  • Step 4
    Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Roll and eat!
