Bread crumbs (plain)
1/2 clove
Garlic
1/10 bunch
Parsley (fresh)
3 handfuls

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare the breading: in a food processor, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper. - Step 2
Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet. Place the breading on top of each tomato and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. - Step 3
Serve the tomatoes with a green salad and enjoy!
