Salmon (fresh)
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
150 g
Cucumber
50 g
Feta cheese (block)
1 tsp
Maple syrup
1 handful

Remove the skin from the salmon fillet. - Step 2
Then put the salmon in a bowl with the maple syrup and the soy sauce. Option: Add some sesame seeds. Let it sit. - Step 3
Peel the cucumber (or leave the skin on, up to you), slice into rounds, and cut the rounds in half. - Step 4
In a pan on medium heat, cook the salmon for about two minutes on each side, drizzling it with the marinade. - Step 5
In a large bowl, mix the salad, cucumber, crumbled feta, cooked salmon, and the marinade from the pan. (Break the salmon up into smaller pieces as you mix it.) Season with salt and pepper, and serve. Enjoy!
