Brussels sprouts (fresh)

Bacon
1/2 tbsp
Maple syrup

Preheat the oven to 210°C. Rinse the Brussels sprouts if necessary & cut in half. - Step 2
Chop the bacon. - Step 3
Line a sheet tray with foil. Add Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, salt, pepper & maple syrup.* Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for some heat (optional). Mix everything together. * Check out our tips for this step - Step 4
Roast in the oven for 30 min or until the Brussels sprouts & bacon are crispy. - Step 5
Serve with additional maple syrup (optional) & enjoy!
