Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts (fresh)
1 slice
Bacon
1/2 tbsp
Maple syrup

Cayenne pepper

Preheat the oven to 210°C. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the Brussels sprouts for 4-5 min. Drain them. - Step 2
Roughly chop the bacon strips. - Step 3
Line an oven-proof dish with parchment paper. Add the Brussels sprouts & bacon. Drizzle over with olive oil & season with salt, pepper & Cayenne pepper (optional) Add a drizzle of maple syrup et toss to combine. Roast for 30 min at 210°C. - Step 4
Once the Brussels sprouts & bacon are golden & crispy, remove them from the oven & serve on a plate with an extra little drizzle of maple syrup. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
