White wine

Pasta (elbow macaroni)

Comté cheese

Peel and mince the shallot. - Step 2
Sweat the shallot with a bit of olive oil. - Step 3
Add the garlic and macaroni. Cook for 3 minutes to color the pasta. - Step 4
Pour in the white wine, mix and allow the macaroni to absorb the liquid. - Step 5
Faites bouillir 25 cl d'eau par personne et faites-y dissoudre le bouillon. - Step 6
Add a ladle of stock and let the pasta absorb it again. Repeat the process for 10 minutes by adding stock. - Step 7
Once the pasta is cooked, add the gated Comté and mix so it melts. Add the crème fraîche. - Step 8
Serve the risotto with the ham. - Step 9
Dressez les coquillettes sur une assiette, ajoutez le jambon et quelques herbes fraîches si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
