Step 1
Add the quenelles to the middle of an oven-proof dish. Make sure they're 2-3 cm apart, they need to have enough space to rise.
Step 2
Pour the cream* into the dish. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 190°C. *Check out out tips for this step
Step 3
Serve with a dressed salad. Enjoy!
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest swapping out the cream for a "béchamel" sauce or a "mornay" sauce.
