Cream cheese

Smoked salmon

Wash & thinly slice the tomato into rounds. - Step 2
Halve the bagel. - Step 3
Peel & thinly slice the onion into rings. - Step 4
Toast the bagel to your liking then spread an even layer of cream cheese on both halves.* *Check out our tips for this step - Step 5
On the bottom half of the bagel, lay the smoked salmon. Top with sliced tomato, a few rings of red onion & a sprinkle of capers (optional). Close the bagel sandwich & slice in half. Serve & enjoy!
