Pasta (linguine)
70 g
Cooked shrimp
150 g
Tomatoes (canned, peeled)
1/4 tsp
Pasta seasoning

- Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. - Step 2
In the meantime, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the shrimp & sauté for 1 min. Add the spices & continue cooking 2 min, over high heat. - Step 3
Add the tomatoes. Continue cooking, while gently crushing the tomatoes with a spatula. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 4
Once cooked through, drain the pasta & add it to the pan with the shrimp. Toss to evenly coat. - Step 5
Serve the shrimp & tomato linguine in a plate. Top with fresh basil, if you have some & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
