  • Step 1
    Drain & rinse the lentils & chickpeas.
  • Step 2
    Wash & small dice the cucumbers.
  • Step 3
    Wash & small dice the celery.
  • Step 4
    Rinse & finely mince the chives.
  • Step 5
    In a salad bowl, add : the chickpeas, lentils, celery, cucumber, goat's cheese & minced chives. Season with the dressing of your choice & toss to evenly coat. Enjoy !
