Drain & rinse the lentils & chickpeas. - Step 2
Wash & small dice the cucumbers. - Step 3
Wash & small dice the celery. - Step 4
Rinse & finely mince the chives. - Step 5
In a salad bowl, add : the chickpeas, lentils, celery, cucumber, goat's cheese & minced chives. Season with the dressing of your choice & toss to evenly coat. Enjoy !
