    Drain and rinse the lentils and the chickpeas.
  • Step 2
    Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  • Step 3
    Cut the celery into small cubes.
  • Step 4
    Finely chop the chives.
  • Step 5
    Add the chickpeas, lentils, celery, cucumber, goat cheese and chives to a large plate or bowl. Season with the dressing of your choice, mix, and enjoy!
