  • Step 1
    Rinse the lentils. In the Digicook bowl, add 15 cl of water per person, a pinch of salt, the lentils and cook for 40 min / 100°C / reverse mode / vitesse 1.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, deseed and rinse the peppers. Cut into thin strips.
  • Step 3
    Once the lentils are cooked, add the peppers and the coconut milk and curry. Season, cover and cook with the lid on for 5 min / 100° / reverse mode / vitesse 1. Serve! (Optional: serve with chopped fresh cilantro)
