Chicken leg (quarters)

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the red onions then cut them into quarters. - Step 2
Prepare the marinade by mixing a tablespoon of olive oil per person with the grated garlic and lemon juice. Salt, pepper and add thyme, if you have any. - Step 3
Sur une plaque de cuisson, ajoutez les pommes de terre, les cuisses de poulet et l'oignon rouge. Salez, poivrez et badigeonnez le tout de marinade. Enfournez pour 30 minutes à 200°C. - Step 4
On a baking sheet, add the potatoes, chicken thighs and red onion. Salt, pepper and brush everything with marinade. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. - Step 5
