Chicken breast
100 g
Pasta (spaghetti)
80 ml
Heavy cream
1 handful
Spinach (fresh)
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. - Step 2
In the meantime, cut the chicken into strips. Cook for 4-5 minutes in a pan over medium-high heat with a dab of butter. Add the lemon zest and stir frequently, until lightly golden. - Step 3
Add the cream and spinach, and season with salt & pepper. Simmer until the pasta finishes cooking. (about 5 minutes) - Step 4
Strain the pasta and mix together with the chicken and sauce. Top with parmesan. Enjoy!
