- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice the lemons into rounds. - Step 2
On a sheet of parchment paper, add the chicken breast. Pour the white wine & a drizzle of olive oil on top. Season with salt, pepper & dried rosemary. - Step 3
Top the chicken with the lemon rounds & seal the 'papillote' to form a parcel. Roast in the oven for 20 min at 200°C. - Step 4
Meanwhile, wash & slice the potatoes in half lengthwise. - Step 5
In a pot of salted boiling water, add the potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. Once cooked through, drain the potatoes. - Step 6
Once cooked through, remove the chicken from the oven & serve with the new potatoes. Top with a drizzle of olive oil & some rosemary. Enjoy !
