Buckwheat galette
1 slice
Smoked salmon
150 g
Leeks
1 tbsp
Crème fraîche

- Step 1
Remove the ends of the leeks. Slice the leeks into thin rounds & place in a colander. Rinse abundantly to remove any impurities. - Step 2
In the Digicook bowl, add : the leeks & a dab of butter. Close the lid without the measuring cup & start the 'reverse' program : 120°C / speed 1 / 6 min. - Step 3
Add the crème fraîche. Season with salt & pepper. Stir & close the lid without the measuring cup. Start the 'reverse' program : 120°C / speed 1 / 5 min. - Step 4
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the buckwheat galette. Top with the leek fondue. - Step 5
Top with the torn slices of smoked salmon. Season with freshly grated pepper & fold the edges of the galette toward to the center. Cook for 2-3 min. - Step 6
Serve the smoked salmon & leek galette in a plate with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
