Buckwheat galette
150 g
Leeks
1
Egg
1 tbsp
Crème fraîche
1/2 tbsp
Shredded cheese

- Step 1
Remove the ends of the leeks. Slice the leeks into thin rounds & place in a colander. Rinse abundantly to remove any impurities. - Step 2
Melt a dab of butter un a pan, over high heat. Add the leeks & cook for 3 min, stirring. - Step 3
Reduce the heat to medium. Cover & leave to cook for another 5 min. - Step 4
Add the crème fraîche. Season with salt & pepper. Stir to combine & continue cooking for another 4-5 min. Set aside & keep warm. - Step 5
In the same pan, melt another dab of butter. Add the buckwheat galette. Top with the grated cheese & leek fondue. - Step 6
Crack an egg in the center of the galette. Season with freshly grated pepper & fold the edges of the galette toward to the center. Cook for 3 min. - Step 7
Serve the leek & egg galette in a plate with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
