Turkey breast (cutlet)

White rice (long grain)

60 g
Cherry tomatoes

60 g
Cucumber

1/2 tsp
Paprika

1 tbsp
Fromage blanc

1 wedges
Lemon

- Step 1
 Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Step 2
 Cut the turkey into cubes and add it to a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and the paprika. Cook 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Step 3
 Make the sauce by mixing the yogurt* with the lemon juice, salt & pepper. *Check out our tips for this step
- Step 4
 Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cucumber. Cut the tomatoes in half or in quarters and the cucumber in cubes.
- Step 5
 Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil to a salad bowl and mix. Optional: Add chopped mint.
- Step 6
 Drain the rice when tender.
- Step 7
 Serve the rice on plates, top with the turkey and some tomato-cucumber mixture.
- Step 8
 Pour the sauce on top, lemon zest, salt & pepper, add a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
