Pancetta (cubed)

White mushrooms (whole)

Lasagna sheets (oven-ready)
100 ml
Heavy cream

10 ml
White wine
1/2 clove

- Step 1
Boil a big pot of salted water and add the sheets of pasta. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir from time to time to ensure they don't stick together. - Step 2
Meanwhile wash and chop the mushrooms and garlic. - Step 3
Chop the garlic. - Step 4
In a large frying pan, cook the bacon lardons until they are slightly golden. - Step 5
Add the garlic and mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes more. - Step 6
Add the wine and cream, add pepper (no salt as the bacon is already salted). Bring to the boil. - Step 7
Mix the sauce with the strained lasagna sheets. Serve! (Option: add chopped chives if you have some.)
