  • Step 1
    Boil a big pot of salted water and add the sheets of pasta. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir from time to time to ensure they don't stick together.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile wash and chop the mushrooms and garlic.
  • Step 3
    Chop the garlic.
  • Step 4
    In a large frying pan, cook the bacon lardons until they are slightly golden.
  • Step 5
    Add the garlic and mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes more.
  • Step 6
    Add the wine and cream, add pepper (no salt as the bacon is already salted). Bring to the boil.
  • Step 7
    Mix the sauce with the strained lasagna sheets. Serve! (Option: add chopped chives if you have some.)
