  • Step 1
    Cook the meatballs according to pack instructions.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, chop the onions.
  • Step 3
    Wash and cut the the zucchini and carrots into small cubes.
  • Step 4
    In a large pot, add a splash of olive oil and the onions.
  • Step 5
    Cook for one minute before adding the carrots and zucchini. Mix.
  • Step 6
    Add the pasta with 1.5 cups of water per person and the chicken stock cube.
  • Step 7
    Season, mix, cover and cook on a low heat for 8 minutes.
  • Step 8
    When the time is up, serve the pasta soup with the meatballs
  • Step 9
    Add bit of parmesan on top. Optional: add a few parlsey leaves for decoration if you have any. Voilà !
