Milk (whole)

Tomato sauce (basil)

- Step 1
If needed, defrost your beef patties. Finely chop the shallot. - Step 2
Add the beef, egg, breadcrumbs, shallot, 1 spoon of parmesan per person, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix with your hands. - Step 3
Make 4cm meatballs. - Step 4
Cook them for 5 minutes on a hot pan with olive oil. - Step 5
Turn down the heat, add the tomato sauce, a soup spoon of water per person and simmer for the duration of the next step. - Step 6
Boil the milk in a pot and season. - Step 7
Add the polenta and whisk continuously for 3-4 minutes until you have a creamy texture. - Step 8
Add the grated parmesan and a bit more milk if you need to. - Step 9
Serve the polenta with the meatballs and sauce. - Step 10
Season and add a bit of fresh basil on top. Serve!
