4 slices
White bread (sliced)

2 tsp
Pesto

4 slices
Prosciutto

1 handful
Arugula

80 g
Mozzarella (fresh)

- Step 1
Slice the mozzarella into rounds. - Step 2
Spread a layer of pesto onto both bread slices. - Step 3
On one of the 2 slices, add the mozzarella, followed by the sliced ham & arugula leaves. - Step 4
Place the second slice of bread over the first one, with the pesto facing inward. - Step 5
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Cook the grilled-cheese for 2 min on each side, until golden brown. Remove from the heat, cover the pan & set aside for 1 min. - Step 6
Cut the grilled-cheese in half or quarters & eat warm. Enjoy !
