Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. - Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Add the grated garlic. - Step 3
Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. - Step 4
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. - Step 5
Add the olives and 1/2 cup water per person. - Step 6
Add the cod, salt & pepper. Cover and cook for 7 minutes. Optional: Add some basil leaves. - Step 7
Serve the fish with the pasta and some additional basil leaves. Enjoy!
