  • Step 1
    Peel and grate the garlic and place it in the Digicook bowl. Add a knob of butter (or a drizzle of olive oil), rosemary and brown for 4 min / 120°C / speed 2.
  • Step 2
    Drain and rinse the beans in running water, then add them to the Digicook. Then pour 1 cup of water per person and the chicken stock cube and cook for 5 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1.
  • Step 3
    Fermez le couvercle muni du bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 100°C / vitesse 1 / 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Meanwhile, toast the bread (sliced or in pieces). Once toasted place them on the plates and add the soup with the beans on top. (Optional: grate the parmesan cheese on top), add salt and pepper.
