  • Step 1
    Peel and chop the garlic. Place it in the Cookeo bowl with the rosemary, a knob of butter (or a drizzle of olive oil) and cook for 2 minutes in browning mode.
  • Step 2
    Drain and rinse the beans in running water, then add them to the Cookeo. Add 1 cup of water per person and the chicken stock cube. Cook for 5 minutes in pressure mode.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, toast the bread (sliced or in pieces). Once toasted place them on the plates and add the broth with the beans on top. (Optional: grate the parmesan cheese on top), add salt and pepper.
