Cut the potatoes into thick rounds. - Step 2
In a container, mix 1/4 cup of water per person, 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil per person, paprika. - Step 3
Add the potatoes to a hot frying pan and mix. - Step 4
Bring to the boil, cover and cook for 15 minutes. - Step 5
Peel, mince the garlic and onion, and chop mushrooms into slices. - Step 6
Add them to the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes. - Step 7
Add a bit of olive oil if the potatoes start to stick to the pan. - Step 8
Make a hole per person in the potatoes and gently place the eggs inside. - Step 9
Season, cover and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat. - Step 10
Once the whites are cooked through, serve. Enjoy! - Step 11
