  • Step 1
    Cut the potatoes into thick rounds.
  • Step 2
    Dans une poêle chaude, ajoutez 5 cl d'eau par personne, 1/2 cu. à soupe d'huile d'olive, le paprika et une pincée de sel. Mélangez.
  • Step 3
    Add the potatoes to a hot frying pan and mix. Bring to the boil, cover and cook for 15 minutes.

    Chop the chorizo in cubes
  • Step 5
    Mince the onions.
  • Step 6
    Add them to the potatoes with the grated garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Add a bit of olive oil if the potatoes start to stick to the pan.
  • Step 8
    Make a hole per person in the potatoes and gently place the eggs inside.
  • Step 9
    Season, cover and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat.
