  • Step 1
    Put the chocolate in your Thermomix bowl and mix for 40 sec / speed 6.
  • Step 2
    Add the whisk and pour the milk into the bowl along with the cocoa powder. (Optional: add a pinch of cinnamon if you have some). Cook for 8 min / 90°C / speed 2.
  • Step 3
    Serve the hot chocolate in a mug with marshmallows. Enjoy!
