Roughly chop the chocolate. - Step 2
In a saucepan, add the water (1 tablespoon of water / person) and then the chocolate. Melt over low heat, stirring with a whisk. - Step 3
Once the chocolate has melted, gradually add the milk, continuing to stir with a whisk so that it blends in well. - Step 4
Next add the cocoa and whisk vigorously to get a velvety texture. Optional: add a little cinnamon if you have any. - Step 5
Once the chocolate is the correct temperature (be careful not boil the milk, otherwise it will form a skin), serve in a mug.
