Cooked shrimp

250 g
Sweet potato

1 tsp
Honey

1 tsp
Soy sauce

5 g
Ginger (fresh)

10 g
Sesame seeds

Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan, Peeler, Colander

- Step 1
 Peel & slice the sweet potatoes into half moons.
- Step 2
 In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the sweet potatoes 10 min, over medium heat.
- Step 3
 Meanwhile, peel the ginger.
- Step 4
 Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the shrimp & grated ginger. Sauté for 2 min, stirring.
- Step 5
 Add the soy sauce, honey & 2 tablespoons of water per serving. Mix & leave to reduce 2-3 min, over low heat. Season with freshly grated pepper.

 Once cooked through, add the sesame seeds & keep warm.
- Step 7
 Once cooked through, drain the sweet potatoes. In the same pot, add a drizzle of olive oil, then mash the sweet potatoes. If needed, add a drizzle of water & mash again until you obtain a smooth texture. Season to taste.
- Step 8
 Serve the sweet potato mash in a plate with the honey shrimp. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
