Cooked shrimp
70 g
White rice (long grain)
1/2 clove
Garlic
1 tsp
Sesame seeds
1/4
Lime
1 tsp
Honey

Red onion

- Step 1
Peel & finely mince the onions. - Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & set aside. - Step 3
If needed, shell the shrimp. Add them to the Cookeo bowl. Cook on 'golden' program for 4 min. - Step 4
Add the lime juice, honey & sesame seeds. Cook for another 5 min on 'golden' mode. - Step 5
Serve the fluffy rice with the honey & sesame shrimp. Garnish with extra sesame seeds, if you have some left over. Enjoy !
