    Cuire le riz selon le temps de préparation indiqué sur le paquet. Égouttez et réservez en fin de cuisson.
  • Step 2
    Peel and finely chop the red onion. Add it to the bowl of the Digicook, and brown it with a drizzle of olive oil 3 min / 100°C / reverse / speed 1.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic and add it into the bowl with add the shrimps, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1.
  • Step 4
    Add the sesame seeds, lime juice and honey and reduce for another 5 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1, until the preparation begins to caramelize.

    If necessary, reheat the rice on the Varoma tray during this final step. While hot, put the rice and shrimp on a plate. Serve and enjoy!
