Cooked shrimp
70 g
White rice (long grain)
1/2 clove
Garlic

Sesame seeds

- Step 1
Peel & cut the onions in halves. - Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & set aside. - Step 3
In the Digicook bowl, add the onions & peeled garlic cloves. Close the lid with the measuring cup & start the program : speed 5 / 30 sec. Scrape the side of the bowl using a spatula. - Step 4
If needed, shell the shrimp. Add them to the Digicook bowl. Season with salt & pepper then close the lid without the measuring cup & start the program on reverse mode : 120° / speed 1 / 4 min. - Step 5
Add the lime juice, honey & sesame seeds. Close the lid without the measuring cup & start the program on reverse mode : 100° C / speed 1 / 5 min. - Step 6
Serve the fluffy rice with the honey & sesame shrimp. Garnish with extra sesame seeds, if you have some left over. Enjoy !
