Cooked shrimp
70 g
White rice (long grain)
1/2 clove
Garlic
1 tsp
Sesame seeds
1/4
Lime
1 tsp
Honey
1/2
Red onion

- Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & set aside. - Step 2
Peel and finely mince the red onion. Sweat them in a pan with olive oil. - Step 3
Peel and mince the garlic. If needed, shell the shrimp. - Step 4
Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt & pepper. Sauté them for 2 minutes. - Step 5
Add the garlic, sesame seeds, lime juice and honey. Reduce for 3 minutes, or until the mixture starts to caramelize.* *Check out our tips for this step - Step 6
On a plate, serve the rice with the honey & sesame shrimp. Garnish with extra sesame seeds, if you have some left. Enjoy !
