Cooked shrimp
70 g
White rice (long grain)
1/2
Red onion
1/2 clove
Garlic
1 tsp
Sesame seeds
1/4
Lime
1 tsp

Peel & finely mince the onions. - Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & set aside. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the onions & sauté for 2-3 min, while stirring. - Step 4
If needed, shell the shrimp. Add them in the pan with the grated garlic. Season with salt & pepper. Cook for another 2 min. - Step 5
Add the lime juice, honey & sesame seeds. Stir & reduce for 3 minutes, or until the mixture starts to caramelize.* *Check out our tips for this step - Step 6
Serve the fluffy rice with the honey & sesame shrimp. Garnish with extra sesame seeds, if you have some left over. Enjoy !
