  • Step 1
    Cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & set aside.
  • Step 2
    Peel and finely mince the red onion. Sweat them in a pan with olive oil.
  • Step 3
    Peel and mince the garlic. If needed, shell the shrimp.
  • Step 4
    Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt & pepper. Sauté them for 2 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Add the garlic, sesame seeds, lime juice and honey. Reduce for 3 minutes, or until the mixture starts to caramelize.* *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 6
    On a plate, serve the rice with the honey & sesame shrimp. Garnish with extra sesame seeds, if you have some left. Enjoy !
