Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs & Carrots

Chicken leg (quarters)
1 tbsp
Honey
1 tbsp
Dijon mustard
200 g
Carrots (fresh)
1 pinch
Thyme (fresh)
1/2 clove
Garlic

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and cut the carrots in half and then into slices.* *Check out our tips for this step - Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the honey with the mustard. - Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and grate the garlic. Add salt and pepper and mix again. - Step 4
Add olive oil to the bottom of an ovenproof dish. Add the chicken thighs. - Step 5
Brush chicken thighs with honey/mustard mixture. - Step 6
Add the sliced carrots and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with thyme. - Step 7
Season with salt and pepper. Pour a little water (50 ml per portion) on the mixture and bake for 55 minutes. - Step 8
Take out of the oven, serve, and it' s ready!
Recipe tip
Steam your carrots before roasting, for more tender veg.
