    Faites chauffer une casserole d'eau bouillante salée. Équeutez les haricots verts si besoin.
  • Step 2
    Cook the green beans, according to the packaging.
  • Step 3
    Tip: For a golden crust, dip the chicken breasts in flour before cooking.
  • Step 4
    Add a knob of butter (or olive oil) to a hot pan. Add the chicken scallops, season to taste, and cook 2 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Flip the chicken and cook on medium heat for an additional 8 minutes, or until cooked throughout.
  • Step 6
    Add the lemon juice to the pan. Add the honey and leave to caramelize on a high heat for 3 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Cut the chicken into slices.
  • Step 8
    Serve with the green beans (add a knob of butter when cooked).
