Peel and dice the potatoes. - Step 2
Set up the stainless steel bowl with 2 cups of water, add the steam basket with the potatoes. Start the steam program, 15 minutes. - Step 3
At the end of the program, empty the bowl and put the drained potatoes back into the stainless steel bowl. Add butter, milk, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper. Start the expert program, 5 minutes/speed 5/60°C. - Step 4
Serve the mash with the slices of ham on top, it's ready to devour!
