Potato
50 ml
Milk (whole)

Butter (unsalted)

Peel and dice the potatoes. Put water in the tank of your cookeo, add the steam basket and place your potatoes in it. Let cook for 20 minutes under pressure. - Step 2
Once the potatoes are cooked, place them in a salad bowl. Add salt and pepper, butter, milk and nutmeg and mash with a fork. - Step 3
Serve the mash with the slices of ham on top, it's ready to devour!
