  • Step 1
    Peel and dice the potatoes. Put water in the tank of your cookeo, add the steam basket and place your potatoes in it. Let cook for 20 minutes under pressure.
  • Step 2
    Once the potatoes are cooked, place them in a salad bowl. Add salt and pepper, butter, milk and nutmeg and mash with a fork.
  • Step 3
    Serve the mash with the slices of ham on top, it's ready to devour!
