Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes. - Step 2
Add them the mixing bowl with the milk and cook for 24 min / 100°C / reverse / speed 1 without the measuring cup. - Step 3
Add the butter, nutmeg and season to taste. Blend for 20 sec/speed 2. - Step 4
Serve the mash with the slices of ham on top, it's ready to devour!
