Ham (deli slices)

Potato
100 ml
Milk (whole)
13 g
Butter (unsalted)

Nutmeg (ground)

- Step 1
Peel & slice the potatoes into rounds. - Step 2
Add the whisk into the Thermomix bowl, making sure it is fitted properly between the blades. Add the sliced potatoes & cook for 25 min / 100°C / reverse / speed 1 / without the measuring cup. - Step 3
After 25 min, add the butter, milk & nutmeg. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Blend for 40 sec / speed 2. - Step 4
Serve the homemade mash with the slices of ham & a side of green salad. Enjoy !
