Ham (deli slices)
250 g
Potato
50 ml
Milk (whole)
20 g
Butter (unsalted)
1 pinch
Nutmeg (ground)

Stovetop, Pot (small), Peeler

Peel & dice the potatoes. - Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, add the potatoes. Cook for 20 min. - Step 3
Once the potatoes are tender, drain them. Season with salt & pepper. With a fork or potato-masher, mash the potatoes. Add the milk, butter & nutmeg & stir to combine. - Step 4
Serve the homemade mash with the slices of ham & a side of green salad. Enjoy !
