Ham (deli slices)
250 g
Potato
50 ml
Milk (whole)
20 g
Butter (unsalted)
1 pinch
Nutmeg (ground)

Peel and dice the potatoes. - Step 2
Bring a pot of hot water to a boil, immerse the potatoes in it and cook for 20 minutes. - Step 3
Remove the potatoes from heat: they should be tender. (If they are not, let them cook for another 2 minutes). With a fork, mash the potatoes, add the milk, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper. - Step 4
Serve the mash with the slices of ham on top, it's ready to devour!
