  • Step 1
    Melt the butter. In the Digicook bowl, add the butter. Close the lid without the measuring cup & set the program : 65°C / speed 1 / 2 min.
  • Step 2
    Crack the eggs into the bowl. Add the milk & flour. Close the lid with the measuring cup & set the program : speed 6 / 50 sec.
  • Step 3
    Lightly butter a hot pan & pour a ladle of batter on top. Swivel the pan to homogeneously spread the batter across.
  • Step 4
    Cook for 1 -2 min, over medium heat until the edges of the crêpe are lightly golden. Flip the crêpe and cook for another min on the other side. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, without forgetting to lightly grease the pan between each crêpe !
  • Step 5
    Serve with crêpes with the toppings of your choosing - e.g: jam, powdered sugar, butter, hazelnut spread, etc. Enjoy !
