Melt the butter using the Thermomix : heating for 2 min / 65°C / speed 1. - Step 2
Crack the eggs into the bowl, add a pinch of salt, milk, flour and whisk until you have a smooth batter. - Step 3
Lightly butter a frying pan before adding a ladle of batter. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat. Turn your pancake over and cook 1 minute more on the other side, it's ready! Repeat the process (grease between each one) until you've used all the batter. - Step 4
Add the toppings of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
