Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Set aside. - Step 2
Break and melt the chocolate in a bowl and place in a double boiler or in the microwave. Mix. - Step 3
Add a pinch of sea salt. Remove chocolate from the water bath. Reserve and let cool. - Step 4
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites with a pinch of sea salt. - Step 5
Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate. Then mix to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture. - Step 6
Very gently fold in the egg whites with a spatula. - Step 7
Pour into a large bowl or small ramekins. Chill for at least two hours before serving and enjoy!
