Baby potatoes
1/4
Red onion
1/10 bunch
Parsley (fresh)
1/10 bunch
Cilantro (fresh)
1/10 bunch
Dill (fresh)
10 ml
Red wine vinegar

Stovetop, Blender, Pot (small), Colander

- Step 1
Wash the potatoes and cook them in a pot of salted boiling water for 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain at the end of cooking. - Step 2
Cut the red onion in thin slices. Put them in a small bowl and cover with the vinegar. Set them aside to marinate. - Step 3
In a food processor or blender, add the fresh herbs, salt & pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. - Step 4
Mix and add some water if too thick. - Step 5
Add the potatoes, herb sauce and onions (drain the vinegar) to a large bowl. Season with salt & pepper and mix. - Step 6
Top with some fresh herbs and enjoy!
