Butternut squash
1/2 tbsp
Maple syrup
10 g
Walnuts
1 pinch
Thyme (dried)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the squash in half lengthwise. Peel it and scoop out the seeds. - Step 2
Place the squash on a baking sheet. Brush it with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes. - Step 3
Remove squash from oven and cut thin slices that don't reach all the way through the bottom. Brush with maple syrup and sprinkle with thyme and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for another 30 minutes. - Step 4
Remove from oven and serve, sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
