1 slice
Ham (deli slices)
60 g
Shredded cheese
1 tbsp
Crème fraîche
1/2 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)
2 handfuls
Spring mix lettuce

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the cream, half the shredded cheese and parmesan in a bowl. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 2
Cut the croissants in half (the long way without going all the way through). Add a layer of the cream and cheese mixture, a slice of ham and another layer of the cream and cheese mixture. Close the croissant. - Step 3
Place the croissants on a piece of parchment paper on a cooking rack and top with the remaining shredded cheese. - Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. - Step 5
Serve the croissants with a side salad and enjoy!
