2 slices
Whole wheat bread (sliced)
30 g
Comté cheese
1 slice
Ham (turkey)
2 tsp
Mayonnaise
100 g
Tomato
1 handful
Arugula

- Step 1
Wash then cut the tomatoes into slices. - Step 2
Cut the Comté cheese into strips. - Step 3
Spread the mayonnaise on the two slices of sandwich bread. - Step 4
On one of the two slices, add the Comté cheese, tomato slices, arugula and turkey ham. Close the sandwich. - Step 5
Optional: in a pan over medium heat, melt a knob of butter (or olive oil). Add the sandwich, cover and brown for 3-4 minutes on each side. Make sure it doesn’t burn! - Step 6
Cut the sandwich in half if desired. It's ready !
