Ham (deli slices)
1/2 tsp
Dijon mustard

Shredded cheese

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Unroll the dough and spread the mustard on it, leaving 3 cm around the edges. - Step 2
Add the ham slices. - Step 3
Spread the crème fraîche on the ham, then sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Add salt and pepper. - Step 4
Lightly fold the two edges of the dough side, then roll it into a sausage starting from the bottom. - Step 5
Place the roll seam side down on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Optional: you can brush the roll with egg yolk. Prick it with a fork to prevent the dough from swelling. - Step 6
Optional: sprinkle with grated parmesan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 190°C, until the roll is golden brown. - Step 7
Remove the roll from the oven and cut it into thick slices. It's ready !
