Comté cheese
1 slice
Ham (deli slices)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt a knob of butter in a pan, on medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi & sauté for 3-4 min, until golden. - Step 2
Once the gnocchi are golden, add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 1 more min. - Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the cheese into thin strips. - Step 4
Transfer the cooked gnocchi to an oven-proof dish. - Step 5
Add the ham cut into pieces on top of the gnocchi. Season with salt & pepper. Top with the comte cheese slices. Mix & cook in the oven for 10 min at 200°C. - Step 6
Once the cheese has melted & the gnocchi is golden, remove the dish from the oven. Top with minced chives & serve with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
