White bread (sliced)

Pesto
4 slices
Prosciutto
1 handful
Arugula
80 g
Mozzarella (fresh)

Spread a layer of pesto on each slice of bread. - Step 2
Thinly slice the mozzarella and add it to half the bread. - Step 3
Next, add the sliced ham, some arugula and top with a slice of bread. - Step 4
In a frying pan on medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the sandwich for 2 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown. - Step 5
Cut the grilled cheese in half or quarters. Best served hot!
