Green beans (fresh)
1 tsp
Dijon mustard
1 tsp
White wine vinegar

Cook the green beans in a pot of hot water for 7 minutes. - Step 2
In separate pot of hot water, boil the eggs for 7 minutes. - Step 3
Once the eggs are cooked, put them in a bowl of cold water to stop cooking further. Once cool, peel and chop into small cubes. - Step 4
Meanwhile, make the dressing by adding one tbsp olive oil/person with the white wine vinegar and mustard. (Optional: add chopped parsley.) - Step 5
Mix the dressing with the beans and eggs. Season and serve!
