Green beans (fresh)

1 tsp
Dijon mustard

1 tsp
White wine vinegar

- Step 1
 Wash & remove the green bean stalks, if needed.
- Step 2
 In a pot of salted boiling water, add the green beans & cook for 10-12 minutes. Once cooked through, drain the green beans.
- Step 3
 Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling water, cook the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Step 4
 Meanwhile, make the dressing. In a bowl, combine : the white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp of olive oil per person, the mustard & half of the minced parsley (optional).
- Step 5
 Once cooked through, place the eggs in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking. Shell the eggs & slice into small cubes.
- Step 6
 In a plate, serve the green beans with the diced eggs. Pour the dressing over & top with minced parsley, if you have some leftover.* Enjoy ! *Check out our tips for this step
