Chicken breast

Heavy cream
50 g
White rice (long grain)
50 g
Pancetta (cubed)
80 g
White mushrooms (whole)

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. - Step 2
Once cooked, drain. - Step 3
Wash and slice the mushrooms into thin strips. Cut the bacon into cubes and the chicken into chunks. - Step 4
Chop the chicken into chunks. - Step 5
On medium-high heat, cook the bacon and chicken for 2 minutes in a frying pan, stirring until golden. - Step 6
Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Once lightly golden, add the cream. - Step 7
Once the mushrooms are golden, add the cream. - Step 8
Season. Cook for 3 minutes on a low heat. - Step 9
Add the drained rice to the pan and stir to combine. - Step 10
